PAY AS YOU GO

We will provide the horse box bar or an indoor bar, fully stocked with the option of draft lager and cider on board and managed by two of our lovely staff. This option allows guests to pay for drinks as they go. We can provide a range of welcome drinks packages which can be paid for seperately. A booking fee and agreed minimum spend will apply.

SET UP A TAB

If you wish to provide complimentary drinks for your guests we can set up a tab and provide drinks all night or up to an agreed limit. We can continue to serve drinks on a pay as you go basis once the limit has been reached. We will provide the horse box bar or an indoor bar, fully stocked with the option of draft lager and cider and two wonderful members of staff. A booking fee and agreed minimum spend will apply.

DRY HIRE

This option allows you to supply your own drinks. We will provide the horse box bar or one of our indoor bars and two draught pumps. Staff can be provided for an additional fee.

What is included with an indoor bar?

Front Bar - (Rustic or formal)
Back bar with LED lighting
3 door undercounter back fridge space with storage for up to 270 bottles

All bars come fully equipped with:

Cold draught pump system with a 2 line T bar for Lager & Cider). Our drinks menu includes for Hawkstone Session lager and Stowford Press cider on draught as standard. You can choose any type of lager or cider that you like the most. However, if you choose something different to our usual menu, we would kindly ask any keg wastage is covered at cost.
Feature led lighting. You can choose a colour to match your theme!
Broadband internet for card payments / cash payments are also accepted,
A super quiet running inverter generator (for a small fee) perfect for really rural locations if electric is unavailable.
A water supply is preferred however not essential as we can be fully self sufficient!
A minimum of two bartenders will serve your choice of drinks.

We can turn any bar into a cafe bar if required with coffee machine, milk frother and water urns to serve various hot drinks from a mobile bar including hot chocolates and mulled wine/cider!
We also have broadband internet for card payments.
