About GG’s
GG’s Events was established in Herefordshire in 2024, initially centred around our signature converted Horsebox Bar and a belief that mobile event bars could offer much more than simply somewhere to buy a drink.
Since then, GG’s has developed into a broader mobile bar and event business, working across weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, festivals and public events.
Today the business is led day-to-day by Vinnie Griffith, with a hands-on approach to everything from the first enquiry and drinks planning through to developing our bars, services and the experience we provide on the day.
MORE THAN A GOOD-LOOKING BAR
We want our bars to look fantastic, but appearance is only half the job.
We provide professional bartenders, draught lager, cider and ale capability, refrigeration and professional equipment, broad drinks menus, cocktails and specialist drinks, tailored staffing, flexible bar configurations and careful event planning.
The aim is simple: create a bar guests want to visit, and make sure it works when they do.

Independent and scalable
Being independent means we remain personally involved in the events we take on. But that does not limit the scale of event we can support.
GG’s can provide anything from a single specialist gin, cocktail or Prosecco bar through to multiple bars or the complete bar operation for a large public event.
For larger events, we can scale the number of bars, serving points, bartenders, stock and drinks offering around the expected attendance and customer demand.
Your event should not feel like everyone else’s
We do not believe every event needs the same bar, menu or service.
A relaxed country wedding requires something different from a busy festival. A corporate event may need something different again.
That is why we tailor the bar, staffing, drinks menu and additional services around the event itself.
Our Horsebox, Rustic Bar, Charcoal Bar and specialist feature bars can be paired with tailored menus, welcome drinks, cocktails, managed glassware, marquees and selected event extras.

We work throughout Herefordshire and the surrounding counties, while also travelling further afield for weddings, festivals, corporate events and larger opportunities.
